special edition

New! This set of three special edition cards has now been listed in my shop, they have been created by printing my leaf designs onto soft white denim and then attaching them to the front of each card. They are very tactile and you could even use the little denim patch to decorate something else once the card is finished with. How is your weekend going? So far I have had a day of cleaning and tidying, and hedge trimming. This morning Holly and I went to the very first farmers market in our town, it was very busy and brimming with lovely things - we came home with a full bag and had a lovely lunch, I was too slow to photograph anything, we bought bread and butter pudding (for Stuart), a pasty (for Holly), some greek coconut cake (for me), some olive oil, some olives and some delicious pate. It was well worth going and great fun, we will definately go to the next one. : )

Lovely lovely cards. My sisters have a regular stall at the farmers market in their town. They love it.

Your cards are beautiful! I'm so happy for you too that you now have a farmers market in your town. They seem to be cropping up everywhere and it's a lovely way to buy local and often organic produce. Hope you are having a happy day xo

Love your new cards - that denim fabric looks fantastic! The market sounds wonderful - I always end up getting chocolate crepes at markets! G

Those cards are a fabulous idea. I love that the design could be sewn onto jeans or a backpack etc. after. Great stuff!!

I know what you mean about farmer's markets. We go every week for our grocery shopping. Sounds like you guys got a great haul. Yum!
